(Refrain) Profligate Krsna, let go of the border of My garment. I must go now to perform a sacrifice for the sun-god.

(1) Please do not trouble Me here on the path. You see that I am a pious girl without any shelter.

(2) O hero of Gokula, please do not delay Me. O moon-faced one, I bow down before You again and again.

(3) O eternal Lord, when I see You gazing at Me from the corners of Your roving eyes in this solitary place, I become afraid.
